Pallavi is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Being Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) certified and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), her approach is integrative, leading to a tailored approach to the needs and experiences of each client.
Originally from India, Pallavi brings a multicultural perspective to her work and understands the important roles that culture, family, identity, and intergenerational experiences can play in mental health. She speaks English and Hindi and understands Punjabi.

Pallavi works with adults, parents, children, and families navigating trauma, intimate partner violence (IPV), grief and loss, substance use and recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns while building healthier ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.

Pallavi believes therapy should feel human and collaborative. She brings warmth, curiosity, compassion, and humor into the therapy room, creating a space where clients can explore difficult experiences at their own pace.
