Jordan's work is grounded in attachment and emotion regulation, using an integrated, evidence-based approach tailored to the individual. Rather than adhering to rigid frameworks, he focuses on what is genuinely helpful for each person, believing that therapy should adapt to the individual, not the other way around.
Jordan works with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as relationship and attachment patterns, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, dating, self-esteem, identity questions, communication challenges, and life transitions.
His style is warm, calming, and collaborative. While not afraid to be direct or gently challenge patterns that keep clients stuck, Jordan believes that change occurs best when clients feel supported and understood. Sessions can be serious and reflective, but they can also be light and relatable. He values humor, honesty, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.
Therapy with Jordan is a collaborative effort. Progress moves at a pace that feels manageable, building awareness, emotional regulation, and new ways of relating to oneself and others. He strives to bring both depth and lightness to therapy, creating space for meaningful emotional work while keeping the process flexible and grounded.
